Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our services and how we work.

How can I request a consultation?

Complete the consultation form on our website. Our team will review your request and contact you using your preferred method. A consultation is confirmed only once we agree a time with you.

What information should I provide when making an enquiry?

Your contact details, the type of matter and a short summary of what you need. Please do not include confidential documents, passwords or payment details in the form.

Does submitting a contact form establish a lawyer-client relationship?

No. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a lawyer-client relationship. That arises only when the firm agrees in writing to act for you.

How is confidential information handled?

We treat the information you share with care and limit access to those who need it. Because email and web forms are not always secure, please share sensitive details only after speaking with our office.

Which jurisdictions does the firm serve?

Our team will confirm whether we can assist with your matter and in which jurisdiction when we review your enquiry. Please state the relevant country or jurisdiction on the form.

How can I contact the office?

Visit the Contact page for the office telephone, email and hours, or send a message through the form.
